luxury cruising vessel M/Y Wave Dancer I, the bride and
groom will celebrate their union in an elegant setting

We do not simply offer just boat, food and beverage as
a package. What we do offer is a

menus, flowers, entertainment and ambience.
What sets us apart from the rest is that the Wave Dancer
I can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 150 guests for
formal dining in a luxury setting and gourmet cuisine which,
you can only find in the finest restaurants.

with many Tour Operators and private Wedding Coordinators

**Bear in mind, that guests can book Wave Dancer I as their
preferred venue for their wedding reception or ceremony via
their Tour operators or their personal Wedding planners.
Facilities on-board for wedding groups:
Wave Dancer I has two main areas in which the wedding
party can take place.
A) Main/upper deck: Our spacious luxurious wooden
deck (almost 400sq.m) has ample room for your cocktail or
dinner reception able to accommodate wedding groups of
various sizes and guests to be seated comfortably in a table
arrangement of your choice.
The deck is equipped with a fully stocked professional bar
which, manned by several waitresses and barmen, can provide
a service second to none.
The sheer size of this deck allows the wedding party to have
entertainment by dancers and singers performing in front of
the whole wedding group without the guests getting separated
in different decks!
B) Inside Lounge area:
Our lounge is elegantly surrounded with soft and welcoming
seating. The well designed lounge has the ability to convert
in order to suit every function. This area is a fully air
conditioned/fully ventilated dining saloon.
This inside lounge can accommodate wedding groups from 15 up
to 100 guests depending on the seating arrangements planned.
In the lounge room there is also a dancing floor and a fully
equipped bar that offers variety, scope and a choice of
atmosphere.
Please note in this level we also have our professional
galley with our executive chef offering a full restaurant
service with choice of menu. All dietary specifications will
be accommodated and our chef can prepare for your occasion
buffets, hors d’oeuvres or a full 3 course sit down dinner.
Also our luxury toilet facilities are based in this level
including a toilet for people with disabilities and a toilet
specifically designed for children.
Crew and staff/Service
All of the crew and staff are experienced and
friendly professionals. They anticipate and provide for each
guest's needs with quick and courteous service. This
includes knowing your preferences and providing you with the
best food, wine, champagne, linens, toiletries and
entertainment available.
Staff from Waiters and Bartenders, will compliment the crew
offering the highest standards of service to ensure you have
the most exciting and memorable time on water.

available with our company and is a FREE of charge service
when booking the M/Y Wave Dancer I.

The Blues Brothers Show, West End style musical dancing show
and live singers, Traditional Greek and Cypriot Dancers,
African Acrobats, Children's Entertainer, Fireworks displays
and many more.
Ceremonies On board:
There is no more impressive and memorable setting for your
wedding ceremony.
Wave Dancer I offers a unique layout making ceremonies and wedding receptions possible to take place in different
rooms or in any combination you request.
The Wave Dancer I is specifically designed for a year round,
all-weather operation, so no matter what the weather on your
special day, you will always have full use of all our levels
and your plans never have to change.
When you hold your ceremony on board the vessel, the
marriage ceremony will be contacted by a Marriage Officer
from the Paphos Municipality. This could be arranged with
the assistance of your wedding co-coordinator. Please note
that the Ceremonies take place while moored at Paphos
Harbour and in case you wish to sail out to the sea the
officiate will not be able to stay onboard for the duration
of the cruise.
Tip: Having your wedding ceremony and reception in one
location it is more convenient and relaxing for everyone
involved. From the couple's standpoint, it's also much
cheaper to do it all in one place and at the same time
having a unique and a stylish way to 'tie the knot'.
Furthermore the best idea behind such ceremonies is that
they take place during the afternoon. Obviously this is a
very important element when considering that most of the
weddings are taking place in the hot summer months! Also the
unique picture opportunities while the sun sets, needs no
further discussion or description!

If your wedding party consists of 20-30 guests or less, you
also have the option to NOT book the boat exclusively. Have
a table reserved to dine and enjoy the first rate
entertainment from our regular night cruises (please refer
to our 2009 cruise program). This could be a great
alternative for wedding couples that are not large in number
and/or for couples that wish to have a wedding reception on
a limited budget. In this manner you can achieve on offering
your guests and, of course, yourselves a wedding day to
remember by having a complete and unique wedding reception
package!
In 2007 and 2008 many of our Fireworks night cruises were
joined by many wedding couples that really liked the idea
and thought that was a great value for money and still have
impressed their guests with something different from the
ordinary wedding reception venues.
Please note that additional charges may apply for elaborate
decorations, table flowers etc.
